Rooftop Gardens

Rooftop gardens sprout back. I read an article not too long ago about Chicago using rooftop gardens to cool down office buildings. And recently, at the Urban Agriculture Conference in Milwaukee, people discussed everything from growing vegetables to "pigs raised in skyscrapers" -- The concept of "urban farming".

You are painting this, right? I mean, you should, if you weren't already, but you probably already did think of it, and probably have started it already, but if you haven't, you should, start to paint it, that is...It's just lovely, and of course, I'm partial to all things Chicago!

I dream one day of a rooftop garden. This picture is such a nice reminder of that dream.
